1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Momentum, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and that you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. User Registration

To use Momentum, you must register via Apple Sign In (on iOS devices). We collect:

• User ID
• Name
• Profile Image
• Date Joined
• Device Token (to enable push notifications)

All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely in cloud storage.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:

• No illegal activity
• No unauthorized access or interference with the app
• No spamming, harassment, or harmful behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
